Generations on Line
GOL is a US-based non-profit with the goal of increasing digital literacy amongst older adults. They have developed a free app for tablets and smartphones that help new users learn the basics of these devices, as well as provide training resources for family members and caregivers.

Have an old computer, cell phone or tablet that you don't know what to do with? PACE (Penticton & Area Cooperative Enterprise) - a local social enterprise that provides employment for people with barriers - runs multiple recycling projects from their E-Waste Centre, located in Downtown Penticton. PACE gratefully accepts donations of used electronics, such as laptops, computers, and accessories many of which they refurbish and re-purpose to sell at a low cost.
