Geoff White, BC Elders Advocate and CARP Okanagan Board Advisoris. Geoffrey W. White LC is a law firm in Kelowna specializing in various areas of law including estate and charity law. Geoff takes a leadership role in elder law studies in British Columbia volunteering as a director of BC’s only Elder Law Clinic and an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Elder Law Section. He is currently assisting in the design of a lawyer education program for BC’s new Wills, Estate and Succession Act. www.carp-okanagan.ca
